Melanie Taylor
Melanie Taylor landed on a career in real estate in 2022 after searching for ways she could help positively impact the people in her community. With real estate being one of the most tangible assets used to acquire wealth, Melanie became passionate about learning the industry and becoming a professional in order to assist those around her in achieving the financial success they are in pursuit of. In addition, Melanie is a licensed mortgage broker. This skill allows her to extend expertise by applying unique strategies to structure deals for her clients and get them to the closing table. Alongside her profession, Melanie is a pillar in the community, and enjoys participating in volunteer groups. She is a mother of three, and a caregiver to her mother. She stands strong in her faith and believes in building her business with integrity.
Cacharel Bynum Cacharel "Cach
The CEO and Founder of Gs Love & Adopt to Reach. Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, poverty was well-known throughout her community. As a result of such experiences, she struggled financially and academically most of her life.
With only her faith and a word from God, Cach relocated to Denver, Colorado in 2015. This experience has led her from teaching young children to a family support role, and now in the healthcare field. While she never understood her desire to serve others, she could not abandon her burning passion.
As a result, G's Love Foundation was created in reverence to her late uncle, George Ibeawuchi Okoro. George intentionally demonstrated his love for others as a daily functioning of his life. This ministry seeks to embody his commitment to people, by first committing to God. Cach believes that her experiences have equipped her with the necessary tools to guide others to their fullest potential.
